Food trucks vendors shall be responsible to: Pay a fee of $150 for the right to be one of no more than twelve exclusive food trucks vendors at the Smoke in the Grove BBQ Competition on July 28, 2018 in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. Abide by submitted menu items as listed in this agreement. Provide a quality food product and a food truck that is staffed by clean, professional and courteous personnel. Submit a copy of current liability insurance policy. Agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Borough of Spring Grove, Spring Grove Regional Parks and Recreation and the Spring Grove Chamber of Commerce its officers, employees, and agents against all damage claims, liabilities and causes of action of every kind and nature. Insure food truck has prices, posted which will be visible to the public in signage that is professional in appearance and size. Insure that food truck is staffed and open the entire length of the event. Arrive no later than 10:00AM on July 28, 2018 to set up. Clean up and remove food truck by 9:00PM. Provide own electrical service, however care should be taken to minimize noise levels during the event. Events Sponsors will: Provide a paved and designated area for each food truck. Provide trash receptacles before, during and after the event. The undersigned, individually and/or on behalf of the Company/Organization does hereby discharge, release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Borough of Spring Grove, Spring Grove Regional Parks and Recreation and the Spring Grove Chamber of Commerce its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and all other sponsoring organizations from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the undersigned and the undersigned's employees, volunteers, representatives or agents while in possession of the vendor space or participating in the Smoke in the Grove event.
