Beer & Wine Vendor Registration

Drink tickets will be sold for $5/ticket. Tickets will be collected by vendors. Vendors will receive $3/ticket. Remaining funds will be used to cover event costs. Vendors shall be responsible to: Submit a copy of current liability insurance policy. Insure that Booth is staffed and open the entire length of the event. provide all tapping equipment, tubs, and marketing material. Arrive no later than 10:00 AM to set up and be ready to serve at 11:00 AM. provide minimum equivalent of 1/2 barrel. no limit on number of brands. Events Sponsors will: Provide a designated area for each booth that is under the pavilion and includes tables and ice. Provide trash receptacles before, during and after the event. The undersigned, individually and/or on behalf of the Company/Organization does hereby discharge, release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Borough of Spring Grove, Spring Grove Regional Parks and Recreation and the Spring Grove Chamber of Commerce its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and all other sponsoring organizations from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the undersigned and the undersigned's employees, volunteers, representatives or agents while in possession of the vendor space or participating in the Smoke in the Grove event..
